Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 2026-07-13. Governing law: England and Wales.

Brightbill formats real numbers into clean documents and visuals. This policy sets out how it may and may not be used.

01Permitted use

Use Brightbill to format your own genuine billing and figures — invoices, quotes, receipts, expense breakdowns and revenue summaries for work you actually did or costs you actually incurred.

02Prohibited use

  • Creating false, fake or misleading invoices, quotes or receipts.
  • Fabricating or falsifying financial records, or misrepresenting amounts, dates or parties.
  • Using generated documents to support tax evasion, fraud, money laundering or any unlawful scheme.
  • Impersonating a person or business you are not authorised to represent.
  • Uploading content that infringes intellectual property, or that is unlawful, defamatory or harmful.
  • Attempting to breach, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service or its infrastructure.
  • Using the tool to present outputs as audited statements or professional financial advice.

03No money handling

Brightbillnever collects or moves your customers' funds. Do not represent to anyone that payment is made "through Brightbill" — payment is always handled by your own channel.

04Your responsibility for figures

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every figure you enter and every document you send. Brightbill performs formatting and arithmetic only and does not verify or advise on your numbers.

05Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy and, where required, report unlawful activity. Report misuse to support@savadp.shop.
